Record Visits to the Museums of Florence

By the end of 2014, it is possible for Florence to sum up the flows of visitors to museums in Florence. The last year was a record year for the number of visits to the museums of florence, so successful even that they can boast up to the first two of Italy's most visited museums. Compared to 2013, the museums of the Polo Fiorentino last year drew 5,583,259 visitors, or 65 193 more, 6.25%. The circuit including the Palatine Gallery and the Gallery of Modern Art in Palazzo Pitti has done very well and grown by 7.25%, reaching a total of 415 006 visitors.The extremely positive trend in inflows in the museums of Florence is also confirmed for the other museums that have all recorded growth, such as: the National Museum of the Bargello, Palazzo Davanzati, the Medici Chapels, the Museum of San Marco.
